Julie concentrates her practice on family law and divorce and custody mediation.

As an advocate for family law clients, Julie’s practice focuses on divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, spousal and child support, custody and parenting time, grandparent rights, protection from abuse matters, negotiation, enforcement and preparation of property settlement agreement, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, separation agreements and cohabitation agreements. Julie also has significant experience in adoption including stepparent, domestic and international adoptions.

As a defender, Julie uses her background as a prosecutor to advocate and resolve criminal matters for her clients through trial, plea negotiations and diversionary programs such as ARD and Drug Court.

Julie was an Assistant District Attorney with the Chester County District Attorney’s Office where she gained extensive litigation experience prosecuting misdemeanor and felony cases and has tried numerous bench and jury trials. More recently she has worked in the private sector handling domestic and foreign adoptions and general litigation matters.
