About

Tyler McCallin, Esquire was born and raised in Chester County and continues to live in Southern Chester County with his dog, Charli.  Tyler is an avid Philadelphia sports fan; so much so that Charli is named after Phillies great Charlie Manuel. Charli is happy to greet all that come to meet her and assist you in your family law case. Tyler originally attended George Mason University on a Division I Baseball scholarship before transferring to Arizona State University to complete his undergraduate degree in Political Science with a minor in World Religious Studies.  Tyler went on to study law at the Charleston School of Law in South Carolina and graduated in 2020.  Tyler is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. Following law school, Tyler practiced as a judicial law clerk to a Chester County Court of Common Pleas Judge for nearly two years.  In his clerkship, Tyler practiced both family and criminal law, assisting with all stages of family and criminal proceedings, including custody and criminal trials.  Tyler has also navigated the divorce process himself and uniquely understands the emotional and financial toll of family law proceedings.  Following in the footsteps of his mentor and mother, Cheryl McCallin, Esq., Tyler joined McCallin Law, LLC in 2023 and has worked exclusively on Chester County Family Law matters since.
